Michael Cannell is the author of two non-fiction books, "The Limit: Life and Death on the 1961 Grand Prix Circuit" and "I.M Pei: Mandarin of Modernism." He edited the House & Home section of The New York Times for seven years. He is also founder of thedesignvote.com, a daily referendum on furnishings and other design objects. He has contributed to The New Yorker, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated and many other publications. Michael graduated from Princeton in 1982. He lives in New York.
